You may know that God gives us the desires of our hearts, but perhaps you have completely lost the ability to hear from your heart. Many believers think a heart’s desire must be anything they really, really want. If your heart has been broken you may think anything that lessens the hurt is a heart’s desire. If youre struggling financially you might think a steady income is a heart’s desire. But these may not be true desires of the heart at all. Before you can get to your destiny and the true purpose of your life you have to allow the Lord to help you recover your heart. Then you’ll clearly hear the voice of the Spirit and come to know the deepest and truest desires of your heart. The you'll be able to be led by those desires to the fulfillment of your life’s purpose.
WORDS OF LIFE:
- I listen for the voice of my spirit speaking from my heart.
- By faith I receive the complete restoration of my heart with the help of Jesus who heals me.
- I trust that God will lead me to the fulfillment of my purpose as I come to know my heart’s desire.
